6. Availability and Support

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. AI-Generated Content

Some features may use third-party AI services to generate text. AI output may be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. It does not represent our views. Do not rely on it for advice, facts, or decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

The Bot depends on Discord and other providers (hosting, database, optional AI APIs). Their terms and availability apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate access for any user or server, for any reason, including Terms violations, abuse, or discontinuation of the Bot.

On termination, your right to use the Bot ends. Virtual currency and progress may be deleted and are not recoverable.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. Material changes may also be announced via the Bot or our support channels when practical.
